I like the move candid nature of this shot. At first I was thinking the color was kind of flat as well, but the more I look at it, I just think the aperature just made the background really soft, which is fine with me. If you look at the red on the jersey, the colors do appear to be nice and vivid. Well done :).

Looks like a good Norfolk boy :)!

Nice picture and good aperature use with this one. The colors are much better than the close-up, although I think I like the close up better as far as composition is concerned. Nice job Kel.

Hey I know that cap. :) I like this shot but the cap seems a tiny bit out of focus. Seems like the edge of the plastic handle grabbed the focus instead.

this should have done much better! I really liked it- I also had a problem with you covering your breasts but really only because it looked unnatural. maybe you could have rested one arm over them instead of holding. I especially loved the colors.

Yep, should have placed much higher. It's a very natural pleasant image with few faults. Was one of my favorites. :-)
