A very effective portrait that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success if the rather unfortunate light on the left were cropped out and/or reduced.. From an artistic standpoint, it has significant impact being richly colored with excellant detail, but again, the lighting on the left negatively impacts the overall effect. A crop of the left would have improved this image tremendously. This image would have worked as a black and white as well. A perfect demonstration of the power of properly controlled light and focus with one singluar exception. Well done.
