These types of images taken from vehicle through the windshield do not appeal to me. The fact that some of the dash is visible takes away from the image.

I don't think the title fits the picture very well. Also, I'm not sure whether it is/was raining. And of course, I find the left down edge to be a flaw. I suggest, picture needs more post-processing.

Mmmm, sorry, looks like a snapshot to me. Blown, blurred, and the dashboard and its reflections are totally distraction. Sorry, not a winner.

Composition: 4 - Interesting, but doesnt really show the subject very well.
Technical: 5 - Nice exposure and good contrast. Nice colours in the sky too. Could have used a larger image size in this challenge to show the detail better, which a sharpen would also help.
Creativity: 5 - A different angle would add more uniqueness to the shot.
Appeal: 4 - Doesn't hold my interest for long because there is not enough of the row boat shown.
