The focus in the eyes seems a little soft, might be because of the relections. Either way I find the reflections distracting.

I really like the composition with the top of the head and ears just at the edge of the frame. If only this was a little bit sharper...the eyes are just a tad soft for a portrait IMO. Getting a blue cast also from the outdoor shaded light. A minor tweak with color temp would warm that up.

Overall, a well composed image. Good luck in the challenge.
