I think you did well with this. I like the rim light to separate the background. I think the model is posed well for a headshot. There are a couple of things to critique about this too though. I do think the main light is just a touch too direct. Judging from the shadow on the eyeglass frames, I think a diffuser is needed. Yet you did manage to eliminate any glare which is great. Also the choice of black background kind of conflicts with the bright and cheery model.

I'd have liked this more if there were more dramatic lighting on her...

Maybe a bit less light on half of her face?
