This is very dramatic. I love it! It has a desolate look to it, but the beautiful colors on the ground give it punch and pop. This would make a really nice framed print on a man's office wall -- or a masculine living room. Beautiful job!

I'm very new here so I apologize for the late response - I didn't realize until after reading a couple threads in the forums that I could see these comments after voting was finished.
So thank you very much for your kind words and generous votes. Richard, this is a tough place to figure out but I'll keep at it as oftem as I can - it's a great way to "challenge" my thinking and creativity. But the best part is - it's just fun:-)

Wendy, A very nice shot!! I like that you chose a low perspective and used the edge of the water as a leading line!! You picked a very competitive challenge for your first entry. I don't think I've seen that many 7's before.
