daydream by CalliopeKelComment by front_element: Love the expression, eyes and granularity. Maybe I'm too 'constrained' compositionally, but I would like to see the 'outside' person's left hand in full. |

daydream by CalliopeKelComment by Jutilda: One of the most beautiful of the challenge. Her expression is so pure and sweet, yet there is a hint of wonder and even perhaps "another world" to it. The hands of the unknown person really add to the image. I like that it's sideways and not dead on straight like so many of the entries. The green tones send it over the top for me. 10 BRAVO |

Crepe Paper Dressby CalliopeKelComment by Jutilda: Makes me think of an old chenille bedspread. Perfect for the period of the dress. I love this texture. Really cool and quite fitting~ |

Characterby CalliopeKelComment by SJCarter: I don't think she looks sick or dirty - I think she looks like she's thinking, "Just you wait... I'm gonna ____." I see sheer determination and smugness. LOL Love the processing as usual. |

LiveStrongby CalliopeKelComment by rich: Greetings from the Critique Club!
The most striking part of this image is , of course, the composition. I think you did a terrific job here capturing an exuberant feel. Taken as a whole I think this image has good appeal.
My main criticism would be that I find the processing a little on the heavy side though. The blues and greens shift pretty dramatically in the background. They don't seem to blend well. Maybe consider burning in the shadow of the girl instead of using levels to make that happen, and then adjust the background afterwards? Just a thought.
I like the image a lot though. Keep up the good work!
