might be more effective if the ceiling beam on the right was entirely cropped out as well as some of the top of the photo. This would've allowed the iron design to fill the frame better. it really is a lovely shot.

I like this shot - nice detail and very good clarity/focus. I find the contrast between the straight lines of the wood and the circles of the iron very well complemented. My only desire3 would be to see the shot from a more straight on perspective. But oh well. Nice job! Well done!

Certainly not a "macro"... but this is a decent close-up and all the necessary parts are in sharp focus. Originally scored a 5, but bumping up to 6.

4 - I like this however was hoping for more 'eye'. Either a closer shot or cropping to really capture that icey blue eye, or else a different title.
