I like the idea here, but it looks a little *too* blurred to me. It also doesn't look level. 7 for the shot -1 for a little too much blur for my liking and the tilt.

I am commenting on this image in a reaction against the attempt by some to limit the content of DPC to images that conform to their idea of acceptable.

This is unusual in that the image itself conveys indecision rather than simply conveying an action about which there was presumably some indecision. On that front, it meets the challenge far, far more accurately than most entries. I also like the grittiness of it, the imperfection of the composition and the motion of the "corpse" all add to the feel of the final image. What I dislike about it is the fact that for me, it misses the essential issue of suicide. Isn't the decision usually about whether or not to do it rather than how? Certainly the more emotive aspect is that battle between the instinct to survive and the utter conviction that life isn't worth living. _How_ to show _that_ battle is another question altogether!
