Very pretty. It seems almost a tad oversharp to me. Maybe it's my monitor. I like the contrast of the hot pink and the green. Maybe a bit more negative space would have worked. I might've cloned out the leaf in the lower right and that would have given that extra bit of background. The lighting is good and helps to detail all of the different areas of the blossom and highlight the variation in color of the petals.

a good attempt, but i think there are too many subjects on the photo to really emphasize the thirds...a lone flower on one of the thirds line might have had more impact...

One of my top 3 favourites in this challenge. But I had a feeling the rest of DPC wouldn't agree with me :-)
I came close to giving this photo a 10, but I feel the contrast is a bit too strong, so I lowered it to a 9.

While this does fall into the rule of thirds, I find the color of the flowers themselves almost...blinding and...unreal. Perhaps too overly saturated?

I like the contrast here and the idea. Compositionaly I think maybe it would have been better if his arms didn't run across the middle of the frame like that. Maybe some more table in the bottom of the frame to move the arms up a tad.
