What a fun shot. I would guess that your pugs are as spoiled as this one appears to be. The light background brings out the whiskers, and I like that about this shot. The tongue out adds a lot too.

This could be a painting. I bet it looks grand printed. Perfectly presented - composition, pose (what a great model!), colors, the rock behind at the angle it's at - everything is just perfect in this.
