sorry to give you a low score, it's just that with this challenge, i think it's supposed to be obvious that there's only one source of light. maybe this was shot in a room with one light bulb, but it doesn't have the war of light and shadows going on that i was looking forward to.

This is a pretty good start to this actually, but I think if you would've manipulated the light a little more, you really could've made this awesome. I think it's too lit for my taste. More shadows on the right side would've been good. I would've tried to make the light on the hat softer as well, with a lot more shadow on the right side of that too. And maybe have the subject give just a little hint of smile, just curling the left side lip a bit. It would add to the 'drama'. This is a cute shot, but I see a ton of potential here.
