Frosty Flowby StructorComment by Quasimojo: Go Iceland! This feels a lot like Larus' recent Moonlight Sonata from the post production and water quality. I'm only 16% of the way through all the images from this challenge but this is a ribbon candidate in my book - the placement of the river at thirds, the bluish misty tones of the water, the monotonality (is that even a word?!) of the snow and the mountainside and then the glorious clear starry sky. If a landscape shot can be minimalist I think this is it - awesome. |

Frosty Flowby StructorComment by SaraR: The stars are a little too much for my taste, but a thoroughly impressive photo nonetheless. |

Santahouseby StructorComment by colorcarnival: That's a really interesting title. I love how you manage to include an intriguing sky in many of your pictures. It's a beautiful photo and I hope santa was good to you. :) |
