I thought about this alot and give it an 8 - I like the color and I like the contrast - somehow the thing got brownish and my eye is looking for night blue and blk - the color is great - nice pic! 8 sgtpepper6344

i like reflections of lights on water, and yours are done well, but overall, my eyes are searching the dark a lot. i think there's just a little too much of it in the photo (for my liking). i wonder what it would look like with the right side and top cropped so that the reflections really become the focus of the shot.

challenge met -- yes
composition / appeal -- good. maybe a little tighter crop.
technical -- good. reflections are well visible but lights are not blown out ... well balanced.
overall -- 6
