a cool idea, just needs something. can't really pick it out. it may be that ultra bright light that hurts the shot. i know its supposed to simulate the doctors light beam, but i think it just detracts from the shot.

Pretty model. I don't quite get the rest :) The hotspot is a bit blown out, and I think this photo is begging for trhe dark, desaturated, grainy treatment.

I get the illusion, however, it is really hard to see details with the action so far away and the spot light so bright. The bra is also kind of distracting. Perhaps using a man for the patient model would have been better.
