The placement of focus really made me stop and think, I think it's in our brain to analyze photographs from left to right and from up to the bottom, so this came as a surprise. The blur nicely leads the eye to the focus point (I would expect something different to happen - you get hit by the focus and then slowly radiate away via blur, but this is even better).

Hard to swallow.
