i actually just googled it to see what it really means apart from relating to liquor .. and was interested to read that it means to purify and extract the essential meaning or most important aspects of ..
i think that its a beautiful theme .. and i must say that i would have great difficulty achieving it ..
i look at this pic and see that you have satisfied your theme beautifully .. the chimney speaks volumes ..

We look here at thousand of images, we look everywhere at thousand of images, and the meaningful ones make us look with an inquiring mind, a surprise, or a sense of sudden delight or make us look again and again. That's the purpose of an image in my opinion.
We shall always wonder why someone is showing us a particular image. |

I always say to myself: why would I look at this more?
Not in your case though. The geometry and play of shadows, plus the texture makes this an interesting picture to look at.As it is, it has a story to tell
(and you get an extra point for not including the words simple, short or sweet in the title) |
