I've given this a 7. I think it should have been cropped closer and horizontally, though... since the space at the top adds nothing to "the story" and newspapers have to conserve space.

What I like:
- the stripes/ spots on the fish and the texture of the fish's scales work great in b/w.

What I don't like:
- whatever effect was used to make this look like an old scratched up print.

Overall: I didn't like the framing at first, wishing the fish wasn't cut out in the crop. But I like it the more I look. This one is growing on me.
