Do the circular objects in the foreground indicate that time is a lot of. . .
cow flop?
Time, lost dreams, isolation... I kinda like it all.

I think that this scene is great, but the composition could have been improved upon if you had used the rule of thirds, i.e. crop some of the bottom of the picture off to place the horizon a third of the way up the scene. It is a great scene though and surely shows the effects of time.

Nice colors. Background would have been better out of focus while the flower could be in better focus - smaller f# if your camera can be set for aperture priority.

The Royal Gorge, by vtruan

Interesting composition; gorgeous scenery taken during the daylight hours with the bright sun shining off the Gorge walls doesn\'t allow you much room to manipulate your settings with all that brightness.

I like the way you\'ve tried to frame the photograph with the tree below you and the branch above you, a very good idea, using nature this way.

Very interesting having all that snow on the other side of the Gorge and the Sun shining on the opposite side. Overall, the contrast and depth of field are great, and your focusing is right on. . .

This is a nice looking bridge with a great looking landscape, but I think you\'ve taken a larger shot than needed, getting the bridge lost with it\'s surroundings. I wonder perhaps if you should have zoomed in and presented the bridge a little more on it\'s own, and perhaps cut out the trees. It\'s really hard to say, because I wasn\'t there taking this photograph, you were.

One thing that I\'ve learned in taking photographs of people and landscapes is to keep it simple, no distractions in the background or foreground and keep your camera focused on that which caught your eye to start with. Good luck on your next Challenge.
Regards,
Ed
