Although there is some structure to the composition, this photo gets a weak mark from me. The brightest part of the sky looks burned out, and ther are (just) visible contours were the 'colours' have separated. The subject isn't strong enough to hold my interest.

This looks a little oversharpened to me because of the rock under the mural and the halos around the building. I really like the colors and luminosity. I bet this is a cool place.

The blue sky and nice reds of the brick building add some nice colors to the photo. The billboard area itself comes off as a bit flat in color. The river with the light colored rocks leading your eye from the middle to the right is a distraction. My suggestion might be to crop it just above the top of the rock or just below the first murial picture on the left. Score: 5.

That is one weird rock! it has the hand/arm and everything! you should try to do one of those HDR photos on it see if it comes to life.
