Into the Darknessby StangComment by talmy: In this case the subject, the tunnel, is obscured by the left wall, and there is too much of the foreground, especially the graffitti, as a distraction. A shot taken much closer would have been far more effective. |

Into the Darknessby StangComment by plastictv: A very common urban sight. Very messy foreground that doesn't lead eyes to the "black hole".. The truncated hole also diminished the effect you are trying to illustrate. |
