Looks like an interesting gig, can't be that good musically or they wouldn't need caged dancers, LOL. What lets this photo down for me is that you haven't caught this at the end or beginning of a song with all the hands in the air, so it's unclear what the point of focus is. I feel that I want to focus on the performers but they're too far away. The singer is staring to his left, which leads the viewer's eye straight out of the shot.

I guess the cage dancer was doing some serious hip gyrating as she's more OOF than anybody else. :) The crop is, I think, a bit too much territory. I'd prefer the center 50% of the picture.
