this is beautiful....great gorgeous greens and wonderful lighting and textures, the detail is magnificent. It is not the work of someone who is a bad photographer or gets bad scores. Comments are your feelings of someone else's work. You are entitled to them regardless of your own photographic abilities. As for scores, I get bad ones A LOT. You could drive a Mack truck through the margin of my scores in the two current challenges, LOL! Besides, you never know when you might comment something to someone that will make a big difference in their learning process.

I think this is a very powerful image. The tonality of it conveys the feeling that there isn't much else alive--and that the dragonfly will soon be gone too. (8)
