This is another of your recent trademark evening shots. If you have access to the switch for the lights, you can set up with a tripod and long exposure (1 sec or longer) and have someone blink the light one time, very briefly during the exposure to get an entirely different effect. It's extra good with small aperture, or cross star filter.
What you are doing is very dramatic, and it makes for interesting photos. I think part of the mystique is in the shadow areas.

The I like the lower angle and the reflection. Even though I wish you havent lost detail in the lamp. Looks like it was too bright. An HDR might have worked for you here.
