Book Denby GermaineComment by Ken: These old bookstores have so much more character than these modern mega-chains that have everything, including coffee and sandwiches. I like how you can literally smell the books in these places. Lots of nice detail; it makes me want to go browsing. |

North Lightby GermaineComment by wickee_one: I would love to have an office like this in my house! lol The lighting is perfect. It gives a very warm and calming feel to the room. |

Beachwalkersby GermaineComment by wickee_one: I miss the sounds of waves. I can't wait until summer is upon us here and the lake becomes fluid again. You captured the feel of wind and cold quite well! |

Rain Danceby GermaineComment by MelonMusketeer: You seem to have the touch for slow shutter street scenes. This shot makes me wonder what the guy is looking up at. The wet street sets the "rainy day" scene in this shot. |

Beach Sceneby GermaineComment by cogerox: Your perspective shows us the immensity of nature and just how insignificant we really are. It is truly unfortunate the impact we have. (That last part has nothing to do with your picture, btw.) Wonderful sky. |

Beach Sceneby GermaineComment by salmiakki: Another bleak beach view which surprises me, somehow I always think of California as sunny. Feels damp and cold. I have to say, I like being at the beach in the winter. |

North Lightby GermaineComment by Alicia: Just beautiful. The little bursts of color - the turquoise in the back and the red of the vase, and of course the yellow of the flowers - just brilliant. Well seen! |
