I like it but too bad you can feel this heavy ps grip :( My guess is that You overexposed the image and tried to heal it. Don't know if I am right but- is this shadow natural ? Because it doesn't consume the apple in a shadowy way but you can see straight lines. As if a polygon. I am sorry if I am wrong but that's my impression.
