Like this character study very much! Great face, very stately and matronly. Wish you could have avoided the window reflections in the glasses. Not sure how that can be done and get the good light you have in this. Good luck!

The backdrop behind this photo really makes it stand out. And I love the way it looks so innocently old at first glance, then at the second you notice the neck patches and wrinkles. The sharpness of this image is fantastic!!!

I love this image. There is something about the simplicity of this photo that is very striking. The colors, while a bit red probably for others, works well for me. Her lips are delicately rendered and the look in her eyes are precious. Bumping to 9.

The BG color goes very well with your skin and lip color. The cropping is interesting. Two things nag at me: 1) with the texture of her eye shadow so palpable, I don't like having her skin so airbrushed. My eye is just instantly aware that I'm missing the texture of the skin. 2) The expression is very empty and uninvolved. In any type of portrait, I want to see some type of emotion on the person.
