I think the selective desat. on this just takes away, the blue of the water is very pretty but seems almost distracting to me . Also I'm not sure but it looks like you missed a few spots in the desat. all in all good try and good luck in this challenge.

The bricks look way too bright compared to the moon in the background for me, even if it is supposed to be a long exposure- because then the moon would be blown out. I think if you burned a lot, (especially around the edges) and added the slight blue cast to the building, you could make your trick-trickery a bit less obvious. Otherwise a good look!
