The only thing I would change here is get rid of that yellow thing on the left part of the photo. I think only the girl's earings should remain yellow. That bar on the left is distracting.
Since I would not like to loose that space on the left, I think i would just burn that bar to death in PS or something...
Other then that I really like your style!

I didn't find the subject to be very interesting - I guess more of personal preference rather than quality of image. The photo seems to be well taken - cigarette in focus, everything else out. Wide tonal range and maybe a little bit overexposed, maybe on purpose.

Artistic......3 if techical was stronger I may be able to rate artistic highier.
Technical.....3 This is a depth of field problem...try shooting with a smaller aperature opening.

Average 3 boost to 4
