Comment by colorcarnival:
Awesome photo. Love the framing done by the tree and the lighting on the leaves. Great catch of detail on the buzzard's face. The sky does create the illusion of this being some kind of display.

Good composition. I have to say that this is one I would like to see in color.

Comment by colorcarnival:
I love how you used the reflection to show the hidden detail of the ball. Excellent capture. Aside from the slight shadow to the left of the reflection, I too would have thought these were two different balls. What an interesting object!

lol as far as cropping goes, I'm with glad2badad again. I think the cropping would bring even more attention to your instructor's face. It is a very good candid. And it looks like she is about to tell you how much you are going to pay (with pain) for having taken that photo lol.

Great black and white tones on the building. The bird was the first thing to catch my eye tho. Did you fix the tilt or something? lol cuz I don't see it.

Contrast is excellent. I will go out on a limb here tho and say that I would like to see a vertical crop again. Cut out the empty space on the left and then your photo is composed of these two almost parallel pieces. (Oh like glad2badad said lol).

This is really good for being taken thru a window - i would never have guessed. Love the capture of light shining around the room.

lol don't taint your photo with a description - look at this as a fun experience for people to make up all kinds of interpretations (isn't that what photography is really about?)

too bad this is not day 99 (99 bottles of beer in a tub, 99 bottles of beer...)

the dark tones gives it this 50's flavor - it looks like something you'd see hanging in a dark bar (of course!)

I agree with routerguy666, I'd crop out the tub OR do a vertical crop and cut out the dark part on the left.
