soft white, and interesting lines. I just don't see a definite pattern, and the roses to the right offset the image. Maybe with some cropping, and more of a contrast.

I don't really know what this image is - I don't find it appealing and I'm not truly seeing the silhouette here. I think those objects on the lower half of the photo are people and I think you may have taken this with a slower shutter creating the motion blur effect - but it doesn't really work here. Sorry... wishing you luck on future challenges.
