Excellent job on the background replacement. I'm not sure about the face job, it looks like he is wearing heavy makeup, almost like an undertaker would use! He's a nice looking man, I think a subtler job on the skin could cover the minor blemishes but still look "real" and possibly serve him better, depending on how he intends to use the final photo.
