Kidsby LesleyNelsonComment by metoecus: As far as I can tell, this is a "because I can" use of selective desaturation. I would have preferred to see this shot with a shallower DOF and a bit of motion blur. |

Mother Natureby LesleyNelsonComment by cghubbell: I think you could emphasize the nature aspect more in balance with the "mother" aspect by addidng a sense of depth to the image. Perhaps putting the chair on an angle and off center... There's also a significant chunk of blown highlights in the hair which distracts from the overall image. |
