Hahah funny, clear, good lighting color, very creative. Though I wonder about those ear-muffs, exactly how loud is this diaper process and does it involve power-tools? ;)

Without the title, this shot has no story. Next time consider including the new diaper or the child in the frame to really flesh out your concept.

Looking at the guy's legs and the grass behind him, there seems to be some camera shake(?), also the crowd are a bit too in focus, try opening the aperture to throw the background out of focus, at the same time this will also allow a faster shutter speed to totally freeze movement and reduce camera shake.
