looks more pleasant than harsh to me (but it is cloudy, cold, and rainy in Seattle today, so I am definitely biased, suppose) I like the tonality and luminosity very much. A local burn on the left side to bring down that face of the building & roof just a bit might work--the brightest element being on the extreme edge like that pulls the eye there a little too soon.

This being an advanced editing, perhaps you could experience with adding color somewhere. Most folks color the eyes, but what about the nose?
