Othelloby ChinabunComment by Claya: Sorry, but IMHO there's way too much color in this to meet the spirit of the challenge. |

Zen-Likeby ChinabunComment by talj: I like the colours of the 'plant' but find the background / editing marks slightly distracting. 7 |

Bentleyby ChinabunComment by Mustardhead: A ridiculously late comment on this picture, but I can, so I will ;)
Beautiful detail, perfect focus and excellent lighting. Should have been in the top ten.
As an aside, it is compulsory to set the hands at ten minutes to two for watch pictures. It is the law you know :) |

Zen-Likeby ChinabunComment by violinist123: Composition is too centered. Would like a shallower DOF to blur out the rocks a bit. Green is too saturated for my taste. It is a simple setting but does not give me a sense of harmony, balance, serenity. The jaggedness of the fern and its dominance of the frame are what detract from these things for me. 4. |

Othelloby ChinabunComment by rick13601: IMO, I think the challenge is to take a black and white photo in color mode. This is why it discouraged desaturating. It is not shooting a color photo with black and white in it. There's a suttle difference. Your photo has a nice perspective though. |

Othelloby ChinabunComment by nomad469: sorry but my understanding was that the image was to be black and white (greyscale) I think that the green rips it |
