What a shame the 2 adults are behind the children. The looks on the faces of the children at Santa, plus those in line, are tops. The awe in the face of the little girls in red can't be expressed in words. You titled it correctly. Wonderful job. Would be an 8 from me. PTL

Critique Club Critique
(1) COMPOSITION (CONTENT) Γ’€“ Quite good. I like her being centered, as the lights then tend to radiate out from her. ItΓ’€™s too bad the safety bars are so visible, as they detract from the photo. And if she were only a few cm taller, the lights would not hit her lip
(2) BACKGROUND Γ’€“ I would have like to have seen more well defined moving headlights; especially on the right, where they appear as one blurred object, except for the red lights.
(3) CAMERA WORK ,TECHNICAL Γ’€“ A good job. For this challenge, I might have tried to reduce the flash intensity so her face did not dominate; though it is a very pretty face.
(4) DIGITAL PROCESSING ,TECHNICAL Γ’€“ Excellent. No apparent changes needed.
(5) MY OPINION ON THE PHOTO Γ’€“ Very good idea and execution. The model tends to dominate, though, and she is not the one in motion. The lights in motion need to be enhanced some.

Look at the awe in those girls\' eyes! It\'s a stretch to fit this into this week\'s challenge though because everything in this photo is a result of man\'s influence. It\'s a very cute photograph with good lighting. The third little girl is obscured by the red suited guy though. One of my favorite parts of this photo is the little blond girl in the back of the lline and seeing her excitement and anticipation all over her face. This is a very emotive photograph.

This is a cute photo, and I understand what your trying to say, but I don't think this fits the challenge extremely well. Faith must be taught in some way (by man) and the challenge was to have no obvious signs of man showing. All the clothes were made by man, and even Santa was fabricated by man. As far as the photo goes, kid pictures are always better when you get down on their level. Also the background is extremely bothersome, I would have suggested using a different DOF, so you could blur out the background more. Although I see how you could justify this picture for the challenge, I would have maybe tried to use something different, and while the photo has visual appeal, cute wise, I don't care for it. -3

I'm being decidedly more liberal in interpreting the challenge than some are, but I don't see how you don't see human intervention or the hand of man here. ?
