Worth it?by arnitComment by jmritz: I wish more could have been clear here, but then again in that state nothing is very clear. Thanks for reminding me..:) |

Worth it?by arnitComment by pcody: You did a good job on this. Not too graphic. Enough information to know what's up. The colors help reinforce the theme. The selective focus is perfect, giving everything that dreamy feeling one gets when high. It might be a little better with the needle part more in focus. Hope this does well. If my vote counted, this would be a 10. |

Call Me!by arnitComment by jodiecoston: I'm impressed with the high quality of b/w work this week. This is another great example of tones, focus and composition coming together and working in harmony to create a beautiful shot! 9 |

Worth it?by arnitComment by nborton: I really like your shot. Personally, the one thing that holds your shot back from being very very good is the blown out top to the needle. My eye is drawn to the part of the needle in focus, but then at the same time is distracted by the very bright top to the needle. With that small adjustment I could see this possibly being of winning quality. Nice work. |

Worth it?by arnitComment by cbeller: You might get slammed for this, but I think it's a good shot, no pun intended. :) |

Worth it?by arnitComment by Kavey: Great use of shock tactics. Because of the patients own narrow focus on the contents of the syringe everything else, including his health, is rubbed out - I think the DOF choice really shows that. |

Worth it?by arnitComment by vtruan: I like the focal point being on the drug and face in back. Great shot. |

Worth it?by arnitComment by Natator: The narrow depth of field works very well here. Disturbing photo ... therefore works well for this. |
