This looks like a Saker Falcon, a favorite bird that the Arabs use for hunting in the united arab emirates. They are a big falcon and one that will readily take ground prey such as rabbits and Hares but also for the large desert birds that inhabit the dry sands.

Great photo, great pose from a magnificent highly tuned predator.

I usually don't like square framing, but it doesn't seem to bother me too much on this. I really like the colours on this. Good composition and the motion of the person is very cool. May have been a little more effective if the strongest part of the person was the closest point instead of the furthest point of their path.

The foot prints where your subject walked for you o get the shot is very distracting and in my opinion unneeded. I do like the dark stormy look of this shot and would have like it much more had the person not been in it. It does fit the challenge but alla in all the subject lacks interest. The photo does have excellent clarity tho. Good luck in this challenge. <5>

Love the title. This is nice - good rich tones and clarity. Upon 2nd review, I'm upping this to an 8. The total clarity and the single movement of the figure makes for quite an interesting shot.
