The long exposure has created a very cool texture for the water. Almost looks like ice.

Odd ... I love everything about this except for the ghostly figure. Obviously, that figure was the whole point of your image, and you've done it very well. It's just that I believe this is such a lovely photograph without the person. Beautiful detail, restrained and original composition, and so much of interest. The foreground rocks ... rock! I love the glimpse of breakers to the right, and of course the treatment and placement of the house against the marvellous sky. Without the figure (and in another challenge, I guess) I'd vote 10. This way, and this challenge, 7.

The water seems almost frozen, hope your model didn't slip on those rocks! Well done. Hlýtur að vera íslenskur þari!

Fit Challenge Criteria: 2/2

This is a great photo. The colors are brilliant! Focus is extremely sharp. I understand the purpose of the "shadow man", but am not fond of it. And the horizon seems to be tilted to the right.

i really like the emphasis on the foreground rocks, and the balance with the house in the background. the colors are natural and the photo just "feels" right. good work

I usually don't like square framing, but it doesn't seem to bother me too much on this. I really like the colours on this. Good composition and the motion of the person is very cool. May have been a little more effective if the strongest part of the person was the closest point instead of the furthest point of their path.

The foot prints where your subject walked for you o get the shot is very distracting and in my opinion unneeded. I do like the dark stormy look of this shot and would have like it much more had the person not been in it. It does fit the challenge but alla in all the subject lacks interest. The photo does have excellent clarity tho. Good luck in this challenge. <5>

i dont think i really understand what is going on with the person, is he supposed to be getting closer? but apart from that its a really gorgoues shot.

Love the title. This is nice - good rich tones and clarity. Upon 2nd review, I'm upping this to an 8. The total clarity and the single movement of the figure makes for quite an interesting shot.
