Popsiclesby bucketComment by Bear_Music: haha, this is a hoot! I'm not 100% sure this really, truly qualifies as "leading lines", but who am I to say? I like it! |

Pesticide Sprayerby bucketComment by nerdynotdirty: I'm not sure what exactly this is, so I'll just vote on the picture quality itself.
It's a good shot and I like the texture of the leaves.
Good Job.

Popsiclesby bucketComment by SJCarter: Ya know... I kept coming back to this image. There is just something about it that gnaws at me (in a positive way). You know what it is, is that it reminds me of those upside down picture books where you can look at an image in one direction and see one thing and then you look at it upside down and a completely different image appears!
The lines are great and I LOVE the fact that you reversed the colors of the popsicles and shirts - VERY nice subtle touch. The DOF is okay - could probably be a little crisper. The models eyes are directly on the camera and their expressions are pensive but cute.
I keep bumping this up in score, but like I said, you really captured something unique here and I can't "not" reward that - you've piqued my interest and curiosity to no end! It's your attention to detail with the popsicle colors and shirt colors (and juxtaposition of boy/girl) that I think are so beautifully subtle and absolutely outstanding. 10 |

Popsiclesby bucketComment by sittingonthegrass: Nice contrast of warm tones, soft skin against cool, hard boards (lines). You have recently achieved a quality to your portraits that is quite amazing and beautiful. Your subjects defy the space they are in......reaching out from their two dimensional confines. Excellent! |
