I'm a sucker for atmospherics in a shot and you have captured the element perfectly. It meets the challenge in an unusual way – after all, the easiest way to lose your children is to leave the door open. The purist voter may pull the lighting apart or find something wrong with the composition or focus, but personally, I like the whole effect. It creates a surreal effectâ€Â¦ (10)

What, no swings? Actually, that's what I like about this photograph. It's understated, a bit dreamy with the soft focus and it's not prescriptive - any number of memories could be evoked by this. Some might say this doesn't fit the challenge but that's only if you don't use your imagination. In my top ten.
