This challenge was before my time here but this is a great shot with very good DOF. I like the icy cleanliness and the lighting - and I think you're entitled to find your corner of the world wherever you like!

Nice composition and appears to fith the challenge well. However, it is very poorly exposed and the engraving is rather hard to see. Also I would like to see at least enough DOF to include the entire watch body including the knobs.

Nice composition, background and foreground. clouring and lighting but the soft focus doesn't do much for me in this case - perhaps if the effect was lessened?
