Nice, however, from what I can see of the background at the top of the image, I think this would have been nicer showing some of the woodland background - especially with those brilliant colors.

Tough to criticize - but the composition is - unusual. My eyes are constantly jumping from top to bottom, rarely resting in the middle of the photo. The top suffers from a very narrow strip of illuminated forest in the background. If you cropped it more, you would lose the impact on the waterfall, it would look strange. If you let more of it in the photo, you would either have to cut the bottom out or make it wider to avoid having a vertical panoramic shot that would do poor given DPC constraint on 640 px.
Love the leaves color (the same comment I left to 2 other images of running water with golden leaves), but your composition is puzzling. Can't score this higher than 7. Good luck!
