I hate the border, I mean really, really don't like it, but that said you still are getting a 10 from me. Great photo, all the way. The border is so insignificant to the beauty of the shot I can't take a point away for that. Maybe if I could take away .05 of a point I would, not an option, so again I say great job. Beautiful.

Very eye-pleasing coastal scene. Interesting water & sand which is the strength of the image. Great exposure throughout, especially the sky. Just clipped the right ship a little. I appreciate the inclusion of the gulls. 9
