beginning photographyby millsaComment by MistyMucky: Dont' show him DPC yet: it's so addictive and there are other things in life ;-)
It's a very good portrait. The only tiny reproach is that he doesn't seem to do anything with his camera, so it's not really the beginning. |

beginning photographyby millsaComment by pastortimmr: Fantastic shot. I love that both eyes are both so penetrating, sharp, and inquisitive. Just enough of the camera and hands to tell a story, but not too much to cloud the shot. I love the lighting and the shadow- makes it look real and not overly lit in a studio. This is a perfect shot IMO- couldn't ask for anything more. |

Go fly a kiteby millsaComment by K3Master: On a warm sunny day, with the cares of most people lost in the sand and the warmth of the water and the joy of the afternoon, they came.
Every one of them colored uniquely, every one of them causing pointed fingers and gasps of awe.
At first the people smiled and laughed, thinking it some kind of event, some kind of show. The smiles and laughter soon turned to shock and screams, however, as these floating things, these colorful monstrosities, soon started shooting threads down at the people below. Threads like gossamer web, but strong as tempered steel. Threads that pierced those they touched, and carried them screaming into the skies.
Humanity would suddenly find themselves in a fight for their very existence. |

Looking outby millsaComment by Kali: A solid colored shirt would make this feel less like a snapshot. Quite a handsome young boy you have there. |
