Nightlightby RulerZigzagComment by orussell: I love doing long exposure shots. This is great. The only thing I think I would do differently is rotate to straighten the lighthouse and clone out the brightest areas at the top of the tree. It tends to lead your eye away from the lighthouse. |

Nightlightby RulerZigzagComment by artvet: The colors seem to be little bit over saturated. The overexposed part of the tree is a little bit distracting in my opinion. I would try a different angle / position to focus attention on the lighthouse and the sky, dark trees in the background wouldn’t heart. |

Nightlightby RulerZigzagComment by Rikki: Nice long exposure here. I would burn the highlight/hotspot on the tree tops due to the light beam. Maybe adjust the color just a tad on the main body of the lighthouse so that it doesn't appear orange. Aside from that, the sky is great and I'm surprised you didn't get star trails :) Great capture. |
