I like the way you chose to go on the darker side of the bridge, it gives good contrast to the light on the pillars. Try a little unsharp mask (or equivalent in another program) and it will really pop.

nice composition. I love shooting in cemeteries. I think they are peaceful. I like the comp here..although a background such as a creepy lookin colored sky, with the tombstones of your foreground would make an excellent composition. TRy it out for the cemetary challenge

This is a very nice image, although my eyes are drawn to the unevenness of the background. Although it was very slight, sometimes I just get nit picky like that. (The lower left corner is darker than the others). OTher than the very slight unevenness, this is a great image.

Good idea. The focus in this shot is on the hand and not the watch. The watch has shadow from the hand and very little detail. I would think for this challenge, the watch should be the main focus point, so more details and good focus on watch and not the hand.

I think this is very well done, one of the better entries in the challenge. I think the "lower" average isn't an issue of 1's and 2's--the distribution is quite normal for here, and it has a strong mean at 5. I think the scoring issue is simply DPC tastes. The image lacks the pop or subject twist that is popular here. For what it's worth, I gave it a 7; to me the dark solid border detracks from it's delicate pastel tones and the composition could have been a bit stronger.
