A couple things.

The bird is distracting. Advanced rules will let you clone things out to improve the pix.

Even though the angle you chose is good, there must of been an even better angle to frame out the buildings, and frame in more of the arch.

OK comp, a bit blown on the right side of arch, buildings and bird distracting, color ok, movement ok,

Many may like the bird there, but I don't. The Arch itself is presented nicely. The very top of a truck(?) is a lesser distraction.
