I think this kind of photography needs more color interactionor more dramatic lighting. I like the texture of the pavement but I think it needs some other color element. It's a little boring to me as it is.

Great photo! Very good DOF and a nice color. A bit overexposured though.
Unfortunately it doesn't speak to me in the case of "city life". I know the street represents "city" and the leaf "life" but both have nothing to do with each other. There is no link between them. The leaf could lie on something else and it would be still the same photo.

Oh brother! It's a great photo of a leaf, but you are totally, blatantly off the challenge topic. It irks me when the title is the ONLY thing that fits the challenge and you score low marks from me because of that.
